Among the most popular ski destinations is Aspen in Colorado. Nestled high in the Mountains of Elk, the surrounding peaks provide a massive playground for both winter and summer activities and are one of Colorado’s most picturesque.
There are many things to do in Aspen like going on a historic tour to visit landmarks such as the Wheeler Opera House or Hotel Jerome and art galleries. For shopaholics, there are trendy outlets and smaller local stores. The town also host activities like festivals, workshops and competitions during the year.
